When asked by a known owner to bring his Westerly Typhoon 37 to market, we were sad to see another yacht potentially leave our marina, but at the same time to comfort in the fact we know her next owner will be very happy indeed! The Westerly 37 feels younger than her years, very light on the helm, wonderfully responsive and fast. More than that, it gives that magic thrill when you know you’re on a special boat! Designed to please the racing enthusiast but still accomodate the cruising family the Typhoon is considered by many to be the peak of Westerly achievement. This well cared for example, not short of modern electronics, heating and, an extended sail wardrobe including spinnakers will leave the new skipper wanting for nothing!
